Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 10 years progressive engineering experience or Master’s with 8 years.
• Experience managing people.
• 5+ years designing and developing hardware.
• 5+ years EVMS on hardware development programs.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a US Government Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Drive hardware engineering execution as a leader across SDS Division programs.
• Set vision for design engineering to execute hardware for Sentinel CS BU.
• Direct implementation of integrated hardware engineering processes across CS Organization.
• Lead architecture scope for CS Hardware including Launch Execution, Communications and Design Integration.
• Ensure hardware design is robust, maintainable across the BU.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to engineering staff.
