Job summary
Northrop Grumman Defense Systems seeks an experienced Command Systems- Integration & Test Program Manager to lead I&T efforts in Roy, Utah, supporting the Sentinel Program. Responsibilities include strategic I&T vision, team leadership, and ensuring execution within budget and schedule.
Post requires active DoD Secret clearance and strong program management capabilities. Role includes overseeing verification in the SIL, ground tests, and launch preparations at Vandenberg Space Force Base.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree with related experience in defense programs.
- Experience developing test plans and procedures.
- Strong understanding of systems engineering principles and test processes.
Responsibilities
- Lead Integration & Test efforts, developing strategic vision and guiding the team to meet SOWs within budget and schedule.
- Coordinate verification of the Command & Launch segment in SIL and at alternative ground test sites.
- Oversee integration and launch preparations at Vandenberg Space Force Base during flight test campaigns.
