Job summary

Northrop Grumman Defense Systems in Roy, UT seeks a Command Systems Test Engineering Manager 2 to support the Sentinel program. Requires DoD Secret clearance and hands-on system integration and test planning experience, including hardware-in-the-loop.

You will lead diverse test engineers across scrum teams, drive test strategy and documentation, and ensure rigorous verification and validation for program success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 8 years of related experience or Master’s with 6 years.
• Active DoD Secret clearance, current and within scope, with ability to obtain SAP approval.

Responsibilities

• Develop test solutions from customer needs considering schedule and cost constraints.
• Design, develop, and implement test plans, procedures and schedules.
• Lead execution of comprehensive test plans for CSIL and coordinate with stakeholders to identify test objectives and risks.
• Oversee verification and validation activities, including test starts and daily briefings.
