Job summary

Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking an experienced Launch Execution Systems Engineering Manager 3 for the Command Systems Hardware OU in Roy, UT, to support the Sentinel program. A strong technical background, leadership and program management in a product engineering setting are required.

The role leads the CS HW Launch Ex team, collaborates with product management, design, and QA, and drives engineering processes, lifecycle milestones, and risk mitigation for advanced ICBM control

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in STEM with required related experience.
• Active U.S. Government Secret clearance or the ability to obtain SAP approval.
• Experience in EVMS/CAM, Agile project management and systems engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the CS HW Launch Ex team to deliver programs on time.
• Define product requirements with cross-functional teams including design and QA.
• Oversee engineering processes, MBSE products, and lifecycle milestones.
• Provide senior management with status updates and risk mitigation.
