Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking a Logistics Program Manager 2 in Roy, UT to lead a Sentinel logistics and systems engineering team supporting the Sentinel Program. You will manage a section of engineers, provide technical leadership, and ensure compliance with TPMs and SOW requirements.

The role requires a US Citizen with a Secret clearance, a Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience (or MS with 6+ years), and proficiency in MBSE, DOORS, and IP SCS.

Qualifications

• US Citizen with active Secret clearance at time of application.
• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of related experience, or Master's with 6+ years (or +4 years with no degree).
• Experience in Systems & Logistics Engineering and IPSS elements.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Sentinel logistics and systems engineering organization.
• Provide project and technical oversight for the group.
• Develop and enforce process improvements and staffing plans.
• Mentor Home Room team and coordinate with SDS project teams.
• Ensure TPMs/SOW compliance and successful customer outcomes.
• Travel to support supplier integration and test activities.
