• Represent the company in customer and external contacts for assigned program issues.
• Ensure customer requirements flow to all functions via sales orders and backlog management.
• Notify management promptly of cost or schedule impacts and coordinate responses.
• Support Program Manager with customer surveys and feedback collection.
• Coordinate with Operations Management to align customer requirements with capabilities.
• Integrate program schedules with production planners to meet contractual commitments.
• Communicate cost reduction and process improvement goals and coordinate implementation.
• Manage and track program compliance to purchase order requirements.
