Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Five or more years of experience in electronics manufacturing with three or more managing prototype and pilot builds through production launch.
- Progression in production management with supervisory experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead customer programs from prototype through production launch.
- Serve as primary technical partner for assigned customers across prototype, NPI, and production.
- Develop project plans, coordinate cross-functional activities, and manage schedules, risks, and customer expectations.
- Foster collaboration across Engineering, Operations, Quality, Production, and Supply Chain to deliver customer outcomes.
