Responsibilities

Participate in team meetings to provide technical support and act as liaison to other functions.
Perform labor efficiency analyses and propose changes to improve efficiency.
Review and approve configuration changes and participate in the change board process.
Support procurement by identifying and evaluating alternate components with engineering.
Handle customer technical inquiries and upload information to customer portals.
Assist in reviewing customer return requests and supporting rework processes.
