Ducommun Incorporated is seeking a Program Management Administrator to support the Program Manager, oversee assigned programs and customers, and ensure contract requirements, schedules, and budgets are met. This role emphasizes accurate, timely communication with internal teams and external customers.

The position focuses on coordination across operations, contract review, fiscal management, and growth of the program.

Qualifications

• Requires strong people and time management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Experience in production control, contracts management, and project management.
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP/MRP systems.
• H.S. Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Focal point for customer/buyer communication and interface.
• Represents the company in contracts with the customer and outside parties for issues concerning the assigned program.
• Communicate with Operations Management to assure proper coordination of customer requirements.
• Work with Program Manager to analyze and review all contracts.
• Manages customer AR in support of site functional metrics.
• Create and manage program bookings and provide data for sales forecasts.
