Job summary

Turning Point Community Programs seeks a leadership professional to supervise staff, assist the Program Director, and coordinate services for members and partners. The role may include a small client caseload and supervision responsibilities for interns and students.

The position emphasizes crisis intervention, documentation, and adherence to program policies, with regular team meetings and liaison with funders. Scheduling is Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED plus 4+ years of varied mental health services experience.
• Master’s degree preferred in social work, psychology, or related field; supervisory/management experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve all time and overtime daily and at the end of the pay period.
• Co-ordinate and supervise staff performance; oversee intern documentation.
• Provide crisis intervention and supportive counseling as needed.
• Ensure safety, health, and wellbeing of members; maintain required paperwork.
• Facilitate team meetings and coordinate services with funders and partners.
