Responsibilities

• Supervises Personal Service Coordinators and Interns under the Program Director.
• Oversees day-to-day supervision of staff and ensures clinical needs of members are met.
• Ensures paperwork is complete and accurate and adheres to policies.
• Provides individual and group therapy under supervision of licensed clinicians.
• Coordinates service plans reflecting measurable objectives and prioritizes resources for paperwork.
• Provides in-service training and workshops.
• Represents the agency at county utilization reviews and participates in audits.
• Facilitates groups and updates diagnoses for clients not receiving medication management.
