Job summary

Turning Point Community Programs in California is seeking a qualified program manager to oversee clinical and administrative operations. The role emphasizes adherence to licensing standards, budget management, and supervision of staff to deliver quality mental health and recovery services.

You will collaborate with county partners, conduct planning and evaluation, coordinate crisis response, and ensure safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Psychology, or a related field.
• Licensed or license-eligible LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC.
• Minimum four (4) years of varied experience providing medical, substance use or mental health services.
• Minimum one (1) year supervisory/management experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure staff productivity standards to maintain fiscal viability.
• Assess, develop and implement plans to meet programming and service provision needs.
• Provide timely on-the-spot support aligned with program philosophy.
• Represent the program at community meetings as assigned.
• Liaise with County personnel on program design, audit and contract issues.
• Conduct public relations activities in coordination with administration.
• Work with staff and members to develop planning and evaluation strategies.
• Provide crisis intervention and coordinate necessary notifications to resolve crises.
• Ensure safety, health, and well-being of staff and members.
• Monitor facility safety and participate in safety committee.
• Facilitate all-staff meetings.
• Oversee budget development with Fiscal Department; monitor budget monthly and annually.
• Ensure compliance with contractual agreements and quality standards.
• Provide timely reports to County and Administration.
