Job summary

Turning Point Community Programs in California is seeking a capable program supervisor to lead day-to-day operations within a mental health program. This management role supports the Program Director, coordinates staff activities, and ensures service delivery aligns with agency philosophy.

You will supervise staff, oversee documentation, supervise internships, facilitate groups, and collaborate with funders and community partners.

Qualifications

• Requires graduation from high school or GED and four years of varied experience as a mental health services provider.
• Master's degree preferred with two years of relevant supervisory/management experience; license eligible and registration with BBS as AMFT/ACSW/APCC.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve time and overtime promptly and at pay period end.
• Review and approve all time-off requests.
• Staff performance management.
• Coordinate member services within the team.
• Provide 24-hour member services coordination.
• Visit members to provide direction and support.
• Provide vocational support.
• Assist Program Director with program development.
• Intervene in crises and coordinate necessary notifications and referrals.
• Ensure safety, health, and well-being of members.
• Complete paperwork promptly.
• Review staff mileage sheets.
• Oversee and co-sign documentation for interns and students.
• Ensure staff comply with meal and rest periods.
• Facilitate groups and monthly staff meetings.
