Job summary

Turning-Point Community Programs seeks an at-will leadership professional to supervise staff, assist the Program Director, manage client caseloads, and coordinate with funders and partners in Rancho Cordova, CA. This role emphasizes crisis intervention, documentation, staff development, and program operations to ensure safety and quality of services.

Applicants should have at least a high school diploma, four years in mental health services, and ideally a master’s in social work or related field

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and four years of mental health service experience.
• Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or related field preferred; four years mental health experience; one year supervisory/management experience; license eligible and registration with BBS as AMFT, ACSW or APCC.
• Reliable transportation; driving may be required for site visits and partner coordination.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day supervision of assigned staff.
• Coordinate staff time and overtime approvals.
• Manage staff performance and development.
• Coordinate member services within team.
• Provide crisis intervention and direction as needed.
• Ensure safety, health, and wellbeing of members.
• Complete required paperwork promptly.
• Oversee interns and student documentation.
• Facilitate team meetings and group activities.
