Job summary

Turning Point Community Programs in Grass Valley, CA is seeking a program supervisor to oversee daily staff activities and assist the Program Director in program operations. You may supervise a small caseload and coordinate with funders and community partners.

The role requires ensuring safety and wellbeing, providing crisis counseling, and supporting program development across the team. Weekend or after-hours responses may be needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED plus 4 years of mental health provider experience.
• Master's degree in social work, psychology, or related field preferred; supervisory experience.
• Active registration with the BBS as AMFT, ACSW or APCC.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve all time and overtime daily and at end of pay period.
• Review and approve all time-off requests.
• Staff performance management and coaching.
• Coordinate member services within team.
• Coordinate 24-hour member services.
• Visit members to provide direction and support.
• Provide vocational support and program development assistance.
• Oversee documentation for interns, grad-students, PSCs, and staff.
• Ensure compliance with meal/rest period rules.
• Lead monthly team staff meetings and group activities.
