Job summary

Turning Point Community Programs seeks a leadership-based Clinical Supervisor to oversee Quality Assurance Coordinators, Personal Service Coordinators, and interns, ensuring clinical needs are met and paperwork is complete.

In this at-will, on-site role under the Program Director, you will supervise staff, support therapy services under licensed clinicians, provide training, and coordinate crisis intervention to safeguard member wellbeing and program quality.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work or Psychology required; licensure eligibility for LMFT/LCSW/LPCC preferred.
• Optimum: full licensure (LMFT/LCSW/LPCC) with Board verification and 4+ years clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides individual and group therapy under supervision of licensed clinicians.
• Supervises QA Coordinators, Personal Service Coordinators, and interns to ensure clinical needs are met and paperwork is complete.
• Ensures adherence to program policies and quality documentation; participates in audits and quality management activities.
• Provides training/workshops and crisis intervention as needed to support members and staff.
• Represents the agency in county utilization reviews and staff development activities.

Education
