Job summary

ClearPlan is hiring a Program Financial Analyst / Tool SME to oversee EVMS, analyze program performance, and support cost control for government-focused projects. Travel up to 25% is required, with coordination across engineering and contracts teams.

The role requires expert EVMS/toolset proficiency (Deltek Cobra, Oracle, or Microsoft tools), strong cost management skills, and familiarity with FAR and government reporting. U.S. citizenship is required.

Qualifications

• Experience with EVMS and cost performance analysis.
• Knowledge of government contracting and FAR requirements.
• Strong Excel and Office tools proficiency.
• US Citizenship or equivalent clearance considerations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee EVMS for tracking program compliance, schedule, and cost performance.
• Prepare, analyze and review performance measurement and cost variances.
• Provide cost control and financial support for program management teams.
• Prepare CPR Formats 1-5 or IPMR deliverables monthly.
• Support customer audits and communicate with DCMA on EVMS assessments.
• Track program post and copy billings and cash collections.
• Generate quarterly Estimates at Complete (EACs) per policies.
• Identify solutions and provide strategic direction in a dynamic environment.
• Support management reviews and audits monthly and quarterly.
