Job summary

ClearPlan is seeking a Program Financial Analyst / Tool SME to oversee EVMS for projects involving government contracts and defense sectors. The role requires travel up to 25% and interaction with DCMA on EVMS assessments.

You will prepare performance measurement data, analyze variances, and support cost control for management reviews and audits, while leveraging Deltek Cobra, Oracle, and Microsoft toolsets.

Qualifications

• Expert with Deltek Cobra, Oracle, or Microsoft toolsets.
• Experience with US government cost-reimbursement contracts and FAR.
• Experience in implementing EVMS and baseline development.
• Proficient with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Oversee EVMS for tracking program compliance, schedule, and cost performance.
• Prepare, analyze and review program performance measurement and cost variances.
• Provide cost control and financial support for program management teams.
• Prepare CPR formats 1-5 or IPMR deliverables monthly.
