Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant discipline.
• 3-5 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides timely and accurate metrics on schedule and cost performance using Earned Value or related processes.
• Supports baseline development activities and development of charge numbers and WBS as applicable.
• Updates programs in ERP or Cobra and communicates changes as required.
• Analyzes and reports variances to budget and assists with recovery plans.
• Assesses risks & opportunities to the baseline cost, schedule, and EAC.
• Maintains the program-activity structure (Charge Numbers) timely.
