Job summary

Draper is seeking a Program Finance Analyst 2 in Cambridge to partner with internal and external customers, ensuring financial acumen and accurate support for major contracts in national defense.

Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years of related experience, a degree in accounting/finance, and EVMS knowledge. Security clearance may be required; strong Excel and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance or related field; Master's preferred.
• 3–5 years of related experience in program finance.
• Applicants may be required to obtain government security clearance.
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVMS).
• Knowledge of CAS/FAR/DFARS.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely metrics on schedule and cost performance using EV or related processes.
• Develop baseline, charge numbers, and WBS for programs.
• Maintain EAC and time-phased plans for revenue forecasting.
• Prepare PMR/QBR inputs and variance narratives.
• Ensure invoicing and collection of receivables.
• Communicate program financial status and funding dispositions.
