Job summary

Bottom Line is seeking a Senior Manager of Program Fidelity & Implementation to lead enterprise-wide fidelity and staff readiness for college access programs. You will design and maintain systems to monitor delivery, identify when adaptations are needed, and ensure alignment with standards.

Partner with Training & Learning to scale staff capabilities and ensure high-quality, student-centered outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 6-8 years of progressive experience in program design, implementation, or fidelity in youth-serving/education/nonprofit settings.
• Experience translating a program model into practice standards and guidance staff can follow.
• Demonstrated history of leading program partnerships and communicating with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Operationalize the program model, standards, and curriculum across sites and modalities.
• Maintain advisor-facing curriculum and guidance in partnership with Training & Learning.
• Coordinate with Program Operations, Training & Learning, and Evaluation to implement fidelity measures.
• Monitor program performance and translate findings into actionable decisions and storytelling.
• Oversee staff readiness, accountability, and fidelity to support student-centered programming.
