Job summary

Foundation For C.H.O.I.C.E. (FFC) is seeking a Program Manager to lead high school and college success initiatives, coordinate mentoring, and partner with schools and corporate volunteers.

The role focuses on program implementation, data reporting, and stakeholder engagement to increase student persistence and achievement. Ideal candidates have experience in education, youth development, and nonprofit program leadership, with strong facilitation and relationship-building skills for diverse

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Three or more years of experience in secondary education, higher education, college access, youth development, mentoring, or nonprofit program management.
  • Strong public speaking, workshop facilitation, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead high school mentoring, leadership, college readiness, and career readiness programs.
  • Facilitate engaging sessions using established curriculum.
  • Support students with college applications, financial aid, scholarships, and career exploration.
  • Maintain program quality and data reporting compliance.
  • Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, and corporate partners.
