Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–5 years in higher education, youth development, or program management.
• Experience tracking outcomes and using data to drive decisions.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and with others.

Responsibilities

• Lead and strengthen college success programming focused on retention and graduation.
• Manage student data systems, reporting, and dashboards for outcomes.
• Supervise interns, ambassadors, and program staff.
• Engage students, families, alumni, and partners to build a success network.
• Oversee communications, documentation, evaluation, and grant reporting.
