Job summary

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) seeks a Fidelity Specialist to support the Quality Management department by monitoring Housing & Community Integration fidelity and adherence to evidence-based models.

The role focuses on evaluating operations, participant experience, and service delivery workflows to identify improvement areas and strengthen alignment. This non-supervisory position provides coaching, CAP support, and collaboration with partners to enhance housing program outcomes and maintain

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years of experience with evidence-based housing project types or homelessness services.
• Minimum of two (2) years of professional experience in integrated behavioral health service delivery.
• Basic Excel analytics experience (pivot tables, data visualizations) required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor program fidelity to housing models and HUD/CoC standards.
• Support Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) and provide coaching to program staff.
• Conduct near real-time data quality reviews and ensure program alignment with quality frameworks.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to enhance service quality.
