Job Summary

Responsible for managing internal business projects and programs involving department or cross-functional teams of subject matter experts, delivering products from design to completion. Plans and directs schedules and budgets, monitors projects from inception to delivery, and may oversee external vendors. Assigns, directs, and monitors system analysis and program staff. This role focuses on project/program management, with technical team members as needed. Senior Program Management Professional responsible for governance across operational and strategic portfolios, requiring strong management, leadership, and communication skills, and experience with portfolio and project management tools. Must be able to make informed decisions quickly, handle multiple priorities, and manage relationships with corporate EPMO and IT.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

• Manages programs using staff and matrixed resources with oversight from AVP and VP
• Serves as industry Subject Matter Expert and leads programs to meet critical needs
• Escalates gaps and barriers to senior management
• Develops business cases and strategies for programs
• Collaborates with other units at corporate and Molina Plans

Job Qualifications

Required Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Required Experience: 7-9 years

Preferred Education: Graduate degree or equivalent experience

Preferred Experience: 10+ years Provider Data Operations experience, with expertise in State Master Files and advanced Excel skills

Preferred Certifications: PMP, Lean Six Sigma, ITIL delivery experience
