Responsible for managing internal business projects and programs involving department or cross-functional teams of subject matter experts, delivering products through the design process to completion. Plans and directs schedules as well as project budgets. Monitors the project from inception through delivery. May engage and oversee the work of external vendors. Assigns, directs, and monitors system analysis and program staff. These positions focus primarily on project/program management rather than specialized functional expertise, though technical team members may be involved. Senior Program Management Professional. Responsible for overall governance across all operational and strategic portfolios of projects; requires strong management and leadership skills; comfortable presenting to C-level executives; capable of driving structure and organization; extensive knowledge of portfolio and project management tools and methodologies; quick to assimilate information and make informed decisions; logical, analytical thinker with excellent influencing, written, and verbal communication skills; adept at handling multiple priorities and ambiguity; oversees strategic and operational portfolios; manages strategic relationships with Corporate EPMO and IT; manages issue escalation and resolution processes.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
7-9 years
Graduate Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
10+ years Provider Data Operations experience, including with State Master Files. Advanced Excel skills for large data sets.
PMP, Lean Six Sigma, ITIL delivery experience.

Pay Range: $80,412 - $156,803 / ANNUAL (actual compensation may vary based on location, experience, education, and skills)
