Job Description

The Program Director is responsible for managing internal business projects and programs involving department or cross-functional teams. Key duties include delivering products from design to completion, planning schedules and budgets, and monitoring project progress. The role may involve overseeing external vendors and leading system analysis and program staff. This position emphasizes project and program management skills over specialized functional expertise. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, governance, and communication skills, with experience presenting to C-level executives and managing multiple priorities.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Manage programs utilizing staff and matrixed resources with oversight from senior leadership
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in the functional area and lead critical programs
• Identify and escalate implementation and compliance gaps
• Develop business cases and strategies for program implementation
• Collaborate with various units at corporate and Molina Plans
