Program Director (Provider Data Ops / Medicaid / State Master Files) - REMOTE

This role involves managing internal business projects and programs involving department or cross-functional teams of subject matter experts, delivering products from design to completion. Responsibilities include planning and directing schedules and budgets, monitoring projects from inception to delivery, and overseeing external vendors when necessary. The position focuses on project and program management, requiring strong leadership, organizational skills, and experience with portfolio and project management tools and methodologies. The candidate should be comfortable presenting to C-level executives and managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

• Manage programs using staff and matrixed resources with oversight from AVP and VP
• Serve as industry Subject Matter Expert and lead programs to meet critical needs
• Identify and escalate gaps in implementation and compliance
• Develop business case methodologies and coordinate business strategy implementation
• Collaborate with other units at corporate and Molina Plans

Job Qualifications

Required Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Required Experience: 7-9 years

Preferred Education: Graduate degree or equivalent experience

Preferred Experience: 10+ years Provider Data Operations, experience with State Master Files, advanced Excel skills with large data sets

Preferred Certifications: PMP, Lean Six Sigma, ITIL delivery experience
