Program Director (Provider Data Ops / Medicaid / State Master Files) - REMOTE

We are seeking a Program Director to oversee provider data operations, Medicaid, and State Master Files. This role involves managing internal business projects and cross-functional teams, ensuring successful delivery from design to completion. Responsibilities include planning schedules, managing budgets, overseeing external vendors, and leading system analysis and program staff.

The ideal candidate will have strong project and program management skills, experience presenting to C-level executives, and proficiency with portfolio management tools and methodologies. They should be capable of handling multiple priorities, making informed decisions, and managing strategic relationships within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage programs with staff and matrixed resources under senior leadership oversight.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in the functional area, leading programs to meet critical needs.
• Identify and escalate gaps in implementation and compliance.
• Develop business case methodologies and coordinate business strategy implementation.
• Collaborate with other organizational units and facilitate related activities.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Graduate degree preferred.

Experience: 7-9 years required; 10+ years Provider Data Operations experience preferred, including experience with State Master Files and advanced Excel skills.

Certifications: PMP, Lean Six Sigma, ITIL delivery experience preferred.

Additional Information
