A leading company in healthcare is seeking a Program Director to manage internal business projects and programs. This remote role requires strong leadership and project management skills, overseeing critical operational and strategic portfolios. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Provider Data Operations and relevant certifications, ensuring effective collaboration across teams and successful project delivery.
Responsible for managing internal business projects and programs involving department or cross-functional teams of subject matter experts, delivering products through the design process to completion. This role involves planning and directing schedules and project budgets, monitoring projects from inception through delivery, and overseeing work of external vendors as needed. The position primarily focuses on project/program management rather than specialized functional expertise, although technical team members may be involved. The Senior Program Management Professional will oversee governance across all operational and strategic project portfolios, requiring strong management and leadership skills, experience presenting to C-level executives, and proficiency with portfolio and project management tools and methodologies. The role demands quick information assimilation, decision-making, analytical thinking, influencing skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and ambiguity. Oversight of strategic and operational portfolios and management of strategic relationships with Corporate EPMO and IT are essential, along with issue escalation and resolution.
Required Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Required Experience: 7-9 years
Preferred Education: Graduate degree or equivalent experience
Preferred Experience: 10+ years Provider Data Operations experience, experience with State Master Files, advanced Excel skills with large data sets
Preferred License, Certification, Association: PMP, Lean Six Sigma, ITIL delivery experience

Pay Range: $80,412 - $156,803 / ANNUAL (actual compensation may vary based on location, experience, education, and skills)
