Program Director (Provider Data Ops / Medicaid / State Master Files) - REMOTE

We are seeking a Program Director responsible for managing internal business projects and programs involving cross-functional teams. The role involves delivering products from design to completion, managing schedules and budgets, and overseeing external vendors when necessary.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience in portfolio and project management, and the ability to present to C-level executives. Responsibilities include governance across operational and strategic portfolios, managing issue escalation processes, and developing business strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage programs with staff and matrixed resources under oversight from senior leadership
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in Provider Data Operations and lead programs to meet critical needs
• Identify and escalate gaps in implementation and compliance
• Develop business cases and strategies for program initiatives
• Collaborate with other units within the organization

Qualifications:

Required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 7-9 years of experience. Preferred: Graduate degree, 10+ years Provider Data Operations experience, experience with State Master Files, advanced Excel skills, PMP, Lean Six Sigma, ITIL certification.

Additional Information:
