Job Description

Job Summary

Responsible for managing internal business projects and programs involving department or cross-functional teams of subject matter experts. Deliver products through the design process to completion, plan and direct schedules and budgets, monitor projects from inception to delivery, and oversee external vendors if necessary. Assign, direct, and monitor system analysis and program staff. Focus on project/program management, with technical team members as needed. Must have strong leadership skills, experience presenting to C-level executives, and extensive knowledge of project management tools and methodologies. Ability to make informed decisions quickly, handle multiple priorities, and manage strategic relationships is essential.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

• Manage programs using staff and matrixed resources with oversight from AVP and VP
• Serve as industry Subject Matter Expert and lead programs to meet critical needs
• Escalate gaps and barriers in implementation and compliance
• Develop business case methodologies and coordinate business strategies
• Collaborate with other units at corporate and Molina Plans

Job Qualifications

Required Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Required Experience: 7-9 years

Preferred Education: Graduate degree or equivalent experience

Preferred Experience: 10+ years Provider Data Operations experience, experience with State Master Files, advanced Excel skills with large data sets

Preferred License, Certification, Association: PMP, Lean Six Sigma, ITIL delivery experience
