Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Program Director, Professional Services to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space.

This remote leadership role will oversee regional professional services operations, with a strong focus on scaling consulting capacity, strengthening delivery quality, and supporting commercial growth. The position will partner closely with sales leadership, key stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to align services execution with broader business objectives. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience managing consulting organizations, P&L accountability, and the ability to improve methodologies, talent development, and customer outcomes.

They will also help advance the use of AI-enabled tools and processes to improve efficiency and consistency across the services function.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $180,000 – $200,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple teams within Professional Services with minimal oversight

Qualifications

• Technical education (BS, MS) preferred
• 15+ years of consulting and consulting management experience at the Region/District level
• 10+ years managing all aspects of a services business with P&L responsibility
• Experience in systems integration consulting or software vendor services
• Proven ability to grow technical personnel and processes for enterprise software sales
• Strong teamwork skills
• Effective communication abilities, both oral and written
• Proven track record in recruiting, developing, and retaining consulting staff
• Experience in establishing career development and project delivery programs
• Proficient in using AI systems and ensuring output quality
