Job summary

The Program Director leads strategic patient services programs, ensuring quality, compliance, and client satisfaction while guiding a team of program managers and care staff.

You will oversee multi-program operations, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive performance through data-driven improvements and technology-enabled solutions.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree preferred.
• 8-10 years of experience in market access or patient affordability vendor, specialty pharmacy, pharmaceutical company, or healthcare industry partner, with prior management experience.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and executive presence.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills for clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for HUB and affordability programs.
• Lead and develop high-performing teams through coaching, training, and performance management.
• Ensure achievement of client SLAs, KPIs, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders through governance meetings and reviews.
• Oversee program budgets, staffing models, forecasting, and resource planning.
• Drive innovation and operational excellence through process optimization, automation, and technology-enabled solutions.
