Valeris, Inc. seeks a Program Director to lead a comprehensive patient services portfolio, including market access reimbursement support and affordability programs. You will oversee operations, drive patient experience, ensure regulatory and quality compliance, and manage client relationships.

You will build and lead high-performing teams, optimize processes, and manage budgets and staffing while advancing innovation and operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree preferred and healthcare leadership experience.
• 8–10 years in market access, patient affordability, or related healthcare industry roles.
• Strong leadership and team development capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple programs and budgets with regulatory awareness (HIPAA, FDA).

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for HUB and affordability programs.
• Develop high-performing teams through coaching and performance management.
• Oversee workforce planning, onboarding, and succession planning.
• Ensure client SLAs, KPIs, quality standards, and compliance.
• Build relationships with client stakeholders through governance meetings.
• Analyze performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee budgets, staffing, forecasting, and resource planning.
• Partner with internal teams for system enhancements and program launches.
• Ensure regulatory compliance including HIPAA and FDA guidelines.
• Support business development through client presentations and RFP responses.
• Drive innovation and automation to improve operations.
• Maintain patient-centric focus balancing client objectives and financials.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and identify risks.
