Job summary

Valeris is seeking a Supervisor to lead a dedicated support team focused on helping patients access and navigate complex medications. You will oversee daily program operations, ensure SLA adherence, and coach a growing team to deliver accurate, timely records and compassionate customer service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in the healthcare industry.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
• Previous personnel/team management experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of specialty drug product marketplace and health insurance claims processing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Daily program operational management.
• Ensuring contracted SLA adherence.
• Implementing and managing on-going client specific business rules.
• Proactively communicating to your team daily to ensure engagement and alignment to day-to-day program operations and goals.
• Team hiring, development and training.
• Ensuring daily program staffing levels are consistent with daily program needs.
• Coaching and development for direct reports.
• Collaborating with Human Resources to maintain a pipeline of candidates.
• Adherence to SOPs and regulatory requirements.
