Job summary

The Program Director at Valeris will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight of a comprehensive patient services portfolio, including market access reimbursement support, patient affordability programs, and related services, with a relentless focus on patient experience, client satisfaction, compliance, and quality.

You will lead HUB and affordability programs, develop high‑performing teams, manage budgets and SLAs, partner across internal departments, drive process improvements,

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree preferred in a related field.
• 8–10 years in market access/patient affordability roles with leadership experience.
• Strong problem‑solving, cross‑functional collaboration, and executive presence.
• Ability to manage teams and coach staff.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Understanding of HIPAA, FDA guidelines, and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for HUB and affordability programs.
• Lead and develop high‑performing teams.
• Ensure achievement of client SLAs, KPIs, quality standards, and compliance.
• Maintain relationships with client stakeholders through governance meetings.
• Oversee budgets, staffing, forecasting, and resource planning.
