Job summary

Valeris is seeking a Supervisor to lead patient access support for complex medications. You will manage daily operations, ensure SLA compliance, and guide a team to maintain accurate patient records and timely case handling.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in the healthcare industry.
• Previous personnel/team management experience.
• Knowledge of the specialty drug product marketplace, health insurance claims processing, and commercialization of products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Daily program operational management.
• Ensuring contracted Service Level Agreement adherence.
• Implementing and managing on-going client specific business rules.
• Proactively communicating to your team daily to ensure engagement and alignment to day-to-day program operations and goals.
• Team hiring, development and training.
• Ensuring daily program staffing levels are consistent with daily program needs.
• Providing consistent, timely coaching and development for direct reports.
• Reporting Adverse Events and/or Product Complaint inquiries in accordance with SOP and good manufacturing practices.
