Job summary

Valeris is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead operational programs and client relationships, guiding a team to deliver exceptional patient support experiences and optimize impact across healthcare services.

The role requires 5+ years in healthcare, strong leadership, and the ability to translate client objectives into measurable outcomes. Travel flexibility and bilingual English/Spanish are a plus, with a supportive, inclusive team culture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the healthcare industry.
• Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred; Master’s degree is preferred.
• Previous personnel/team management experience is required, experience managing managers is a plus
• Bi-lingual in English and Spanish is a plus

Responsibilities

• Understands client objectives and incorporates them into program service goals.
• Manages client service requests and ensures SLAs are met.
• Leads hiring, training, and development of program staff.
• Analyzes data and provides actionable insights to drive the program forward.
• Prepares client business reviews with operational metrics and data insights.
• Ensures adverse events/product complaints reporting aligns with client instructions.
