Job summary

Valeris is a fully integrated life sciences commercialization partner seeking a Supervisor to lead a patient-focused team delivering exceptional service and accurate medical record management. You will guide daily operations, ensure SLA adherence, implement client-specific rules, and recruit and train staff to meet program goals.

You’ll coach direct reports, coordinate with HR for staffing, and maintain high standards of integrity while navigating complex documentation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in the healthcare industry.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Previous personnel/team management experience.
• Knowledge of the specialty drug product marketplace and health insurance claims processing is a plus.
• Previous experience leading customer service teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Daily program operational management.
• Ensures contracted Service Level Agreement adherence.
• Implement and manage client-specific business rules.
• Proactively communicate to team to ensure engagement and alignment.
• Team hiring, development and training.
• Maintain staffing levels to meet daily program needs.
• Provide training for direct reports in their roles.
• Collaborate with HR to build a pipeline of candidates.
• Coaching and development for the team.
• Report Adverse Events/ Product Complaint inquiries per SOP.
• Maintain professionalism, accuracy, and accountability.
• Adapt to change and pursue continuous improvement.
