Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a human services or related field.
• At least 1 year full-time direct experience with participants with developmental or intellectual disabilities.
• At least 2 years of management experience with development or intellectual disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate the overall assigned program(s) (residential and/or day program).
• Lead personnel management and staff orientation and ongoing training.
• Develop goals and plans; monitor program operations and budgets when applicable.
• Provide leadership and team building; ensure quality of services aligned with person-centered practices.
