Dungarvin Inc. seeks an Operational Program Director to lead programs in the Washington/Ramsey County, MN area. This full-time role blends direct care with supervision, aligning services to individuals’ goals and ensuring high-quality supports.

The position offers a $5,000 retention bonus, comprehensive benefits, and growth opportunities. Schedule is flexible, with on-call responsibilities to support program operations and staff development.

Qualifications

• Three years’ experience supervising staff in the human service field per requirements from 245D Designated Manager qualifications.
• Valid United States Driver’s License with acceptable motor vehicle background check per Dungarvin, Inc’s policy.
• Valid liability vehicle insurance with reliable transportation.
• Must be able to complete personal cares and be able to lift and transfer.
• Be able to transport persons served in the community.
• Must demonstrate good decision-making, time management and communication skills, and be responsible and flexible.
• Must be at least 18 years of age, some programs require at least 21 years of age per MN requirements for children foster care licensed programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate overall programs serving individuals with ID, DD, Mental Health, medical needs, or autism.
• Balance direct care with supervisory duties in a mixed workload environment.
• Ensure shifts are staffed with qualified personnel and oriented per policy.
• Maintain compliance with 245D designations and company procedures.
• Be on-call as needed to respond to emergencies and program needs.
