Dungarvin inc is seeking a Program Director to oversee and coordinate residential and day programs for individuals with developmental disabilities. This role blends direct care with supervisory responsibilities to ensure high-quality supports and compliant operations.

You will lead staff through orientation and ongoing training, monitor program goals, and manage medical, financial and maintenance aspects with the site leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a human services field of study required.
• At least 1 year full-time direct experience with participants with developmental or intellectual disabilities.
• At least 2 years of management experience in programs serving people with developmental disabilities.
• Strong decision-making, time management and communication skills; responsible, mature and flexible.
• Valid driver’s license; background clearance required during onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate the overall assigned program(s) (residential and/or day) for individuals with IDD.
• Direct care and supervisory duties with emphasis on program quality and compliance.
• Ensure orientation, ongoing training and team development for staff; monitor program operations.
