Job summary

REM Community Services, a part of Sevita, seeks a Program Director, IDD Services to lead day-to-day operations for 1–4 programs. You will supervise staff, ensure compliant, person-centered supports, and stay on-call to cover shifts.

A Bachelor’s degree plus 2–3 years in Human Services is preferred; driver’s license and insurance required. Join a mission-driven team within a nationwide provider focused on quality community-based services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2-3 years in Human Services preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience accepted.
• State requirements or regulations may apply; licensure as needed.
• Current driver's license and auto insurance required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of 1–4 programs with person-centered planning.
• Supervise program staff including performance reviews, scheduling, and orientation.
• Make hiring, promotion, salary, and disciplinary recommendations.
• Ensure delivery of engaging, compliant services and regulatory adherence.
• Be on-call to support staff and cover shifts as needed.
