Job summary

REM Community Services, a part of Sevita, seeks a Program Director to lead IDD services, overseeing 1–4 programs, direct supports, and person-centered planning. The role requires coordination of teams, regulatory compliance, and strong stakeholder engagement to ensure quality services.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services with 2–3 years of related experience, plus excellent communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2–3 years of related experience in Human Services.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills to manage relationships.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of 1–4 programs, including direct supports and planning.
• Lead program staff, including performance evaluations and scheduling.
• Make hiring decisions and supervise staff transitions and actions.
• Monitor service delivery to ensure engaging, person-centered supports.
• Be on-call to support staff and cover shifts when needed.
