Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field; 2–3 years of related experience preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• State requirements or regulations may dictate additional education/training/licensing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 1–4 programs in a community setting, coordinating supports, planning, health care, advocacy, compliance, staffing, and financial management.
• Direct program staff through performance evaluations, scheduling and orientation.
• Make recommendations on hires, transfers, promotions, salary changes, and terminations.
• Monitor service delivery to ensure programs are engaging, person-centered, and compliant.
