Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field.
• 2–3 years of related experience in human services.
• Regulatory awareness and strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of 1–4 programs, including direct supports, planning, health care, advocacy, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage program staff, including performance evaluations, scheduling, and staffing decisions.
• Make hires, transfers, promotions, and disciplinary decisions as needed.
• Monitor service delivery to ensure engagement, relevance, and quality for individuals served.
• Be on-call to support staff and cover shifts when necessary.
