Job summary

REM Community Services, a part of Sevita, seeks a Program Director for IDD Services to lead day-to-day operations across community programs in the Green Bay area. The role focuses on direct supports, person-centered planning, health care coordination, advocacy, stakeholder relations, and regulatory compliance.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree in human services and 2–3 years of related experience, with equivalency considered. A driver’s license and active auto insurance are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services preferred.
• Two to three years of related experience in human services preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Current driver’s license, car registration and auto insurance may be required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of one to four programs, including supports, planning, health care, advocacy, regulatory compliance, staffing, and facilities.
• Direct program staff through performance evaluations, scheduling, and orientation.
• Make hiring, transfer, promotion, salary and termination recommendations.
• Monitor service delivery to ensure it is engaging and appropriate for individuals served.
• Be on-call to support staff and arrange coverage when needed.
