Job summary

Horizon House, Inc. is seeking a Program Director for its Bucks County Developmental Services Division to lead operations across multiple service sites. The role focuses on client skill development, staff supervision, and ensuring program quality and regulatory compliance.

The candidate will oversee budgets, staffing, and training, work with licensing entities, and maintain high client and family satisfaction while coordinating with leadership on program growth and safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human services or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred for advancement.
• 3–5 years in I/DD field with supervisory experience or equivalent.
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Available for local travel and possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Manage operations and staff at multiple service sites.
• Design and ensure implementation of services to promote client growth.
• Promote quality improvement and program growth.
• Provide interventions and supports to improve service continuity.
• Develop and monitor systems ensuring staff and client service quality.
• Ensure compliance with licensing standards and funding requirements.
• Oversee budgets, salaries, and site operations.
• Collaborate with the Director and HR on staff recruitment and training.
