Qualifications

• Preferred B.A./B.S. in Human Services or related field with 1–2 years of MH/MR experience.
• 2–4 years of supervisory experience or equivalent combination of education and training.
• Demonstrated crises intervention/prevention and de-escalation skills.
• Very good communication skills.
• Computer skills and experience with Microsoft Suite.
